That's more like it (for those who know what I mean)

It's sunday morning and I just got home from going to church on the Saint Thomas Campus for the first time ever. Not only did I feel that it was a wonderfully done service with an excellant music ministry, it seems the Saint Thomas campus is MUCH prettier than the institute down the hill which I attend. They make UNB look like a utility grade university, what with their fancy flowers and worshiping God.

La de da it was lightning out

Last night was supposed to be our Ultimate Frisbee night but as you in Fredericton will recall we had a big thunderstorm. I agreed with canceling once it was pouring rain out but before hand I thought they were kind of all being a bit of underpants tea party lacy white doily sissies for wanting to cancel it because they saw lightning way off in the distance. I know some girl got killed by lightning but I think the chances of it are incredibly low. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong but I think if you're going to die by being struck by lightning it's going to happen, and it doesn't matter wether you're out on the field playing or if you're sitting on the side of the field himming and hawing about how you're a risk for being struck by lightning.

This is a new idea for my blog - I'm doing a survey. You all post a comment and say what you think is the one thing you need in order for a gathering to be classified as a party.

I'll say it has to have a lot of good friends, plus at least a few people you don't really know yet.

Well it's been a long time since I wrote one of these.

This has actually been a relatively busy week for me. On Tuesday night we had our final introduction clinic for new people playing Fredericton Ultimate. I decided I should really play, even though it's fifty bucks to join the league because without it there would be a high risk for me going a long time without coming out in public.

Wednesday night I went and seen the new Star Wars with Roger. It was by far my favorite of all the new star warses and I stayed awake for the whole thing. I think he went to the dark side too easily, and it moster sucks that he doesn't get to have his family since his wife died and they gave his kids away, but he's probably too interested in galactic domination to want to be a dad anyways.

So it's the weekend...... I'm relaxed about not coming into work (not that I work hard anyways) but I feel like my social agenda is a bit lacking. There's just not that many people around I know well, which makes it hard. Maybe I'll have to plan a trip to the H dot sometime soon.
