I thought this was funny as anything. It showed up on my neighbor's door. I assume the writing was done by the man who found the letter on his door. Don't know who the typist is. Some people.

That's quite funny. I can laugh both as a non-car owner and not living in your building. I'm sure it's not as funny for the spineless folks that wrote the letter. I guess it took them a year to figure out who the phantom parker is.
