Two and a bit weeks of school left

Hey All! It's monday on a four day school week and I don't feel like doing work! I have an Electrical midterm to study for, a biomechanical assignment and project, two optimization assignment questions, and a heat transfer lab but I don't want to do any of it. I'll suck it up and be a man later tonight and study the elec.

So I finally got ahold of my friend Dana Underhill and showed him the damage to my car door from when someone backed into it (or fronted into it, I dunno because I did not see them do it). Dana's an autobody specialist and he runs his own business fixing smashed cars. He does a lot of work for three of the bigger car dealers in Fredericton, touching up traded in cars that have been in fender benders. He said he'll fix my door for about 200 bucks which I think is really generous of him - I suspect he's giving me a deal because he knows I'm a student with not too much extra money laying around. I think I'll wait till the summer when I start getting paid again but I will definately get him to do this.

Did I update you on the summer job hunt? I was awarded an NSERC grant which means I can work for Dr. Holloway at UNB if I want. Sometime mid-April Holloway will hear if he got his funding to start a new project and if he did then my summer work will not only be work, but count towards my Master's degree also. He said he's about 90% sure this will go through. This weekend I'm headed to PEI for Thursday night, Friday Saturday and Sunday and then come back on Monday but before I come back I'm going to stop in and visit Chris and Mike at Weibel to see if I can have my old summer job back if I don't get to work on my masters. I feel positive about spending the summer in Fredericton, but it would also be nice to go home. I still need some more time to figure out what's in the plans for me I guess.

Hopefully the boys boys are going to be back in town this weekend and we can do a get together at Dooly's or something
